This is true for example where we have submitted all your documents to a third party like SARS or CIPC and there is a delay - in cases like this all we may do is to continuously follow up or resubmit documents if necessary but beyond that there is little we may be able to do as much as we may be willing to assist beyond that.

- In some cases this is sufficient to cover the full product or service such as Tax Clearance, etc
- In other cases this allows us to give you an indication on what is required and costs thereof

- Your order is processed only upon receiving positive payment confirmation where necessary
- We verify and confirm what documents you need to send to finalise your order
- We speedily process your request or request for more information if necessary
- We continuously update you on the status of your order via email, sms or telephone if necessary
